Return and Refund Policy
Your satisfaction is our priority. Please review our return guidelines before submitting a request.
Return Eligibility:
Product must be unused, unopened, and in original condition.
Return request must be made within 2 days of delivery.
Include order ID and proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items:
Personal care tools (combs, etc.)
Opened/used skincare or haircare
Sale or clearance items
Gift cards or digital coupons
Return Process:
Email us at clematiseofficial@gmail.com within 2 days of delivery with:
Order ID
Reason for return
Clear images (if damaged/defective)
If approved, you’ll be given the return address. You must ship the item back securely.
Shipping Costs:
Customers bear the cost of return shipping. Use a reliable courier with tracking.
Refunds:
Issued within 7–10 business days after inspection.
Credited to original payment method or store credit (based on customer choice).
Shipping fees are non-refundable (unless it’s our error).
Refunds for gift card payments will be issued as store credit only.
Damaged or Wrong Items:
If you receive a defective, incorrect, or expired product, email us with images and your order ID. We’ll offer a replacement or refund depending on your preference.
Exchanges:
We do not offer exchanges. Please refer to the return process for eligible concerns.
Cancellation Policy
When Can You Cancel?
Cancellations are only accepted before dispatch.
Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
How to Cancel:
Contact us via email/phone/WhatsApp with your Order ID and cancellation request. Support hours are Monday–Saturday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
Refund for Cancellations:
Full refund to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Shipping fees are also refunded if cancellation occurs before dispatch.
Note:
After dispatch, cancellation isn’t possible—you must follow the return/refund process after delivery.
